FAQ

1.      What is your cancellation policy?

Once tickets have been purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

2.      Is there a dress code?

While our dress code is casual, we do ask that you do not wear hats (We know you love the Rays and you look good in a fedora but please leave it at home.) inside the showroom and that men do not wear sleeveless shirts (i.e. tank tops, jerseys and cut-offs). Also, as a comedy club we take no responsibility if a comedian makes fun of your outfit!

3.      How old do you have to be to go to a show?

All shows are 21 and older with valid ID unless specified. Acceptable Forms of ID (We do not make any exceptions):

·         State Issued Identification Card

·         State Issued Driver License

·         Military Identification Card

·         Valid US Passport

4.      Do you have an item minimum?

While the Improv does offer a full service bar & dinner menu, we do not enforce an item minimum. Food and drinks that are purchased at the shows are optional and to be purchased separate from your show ticket unless otherwise specified.

5.      How can I buy tickets for a show?

For your convenience, we offer 2 options for ticket purchases

·         Online

·         At the Box Office
Tickets can be purchased at the box office – provided the show is not sold out – in advance or the evening of the show with cash or credit card.

7.      How long will the show last?

All shows are roughly 90-105 minutes long.

8.      Do I get to pick my seat?

We seat on a first come first serve basis. The earlier you enter the show room, the closer you will be towards the Improv stage. We typically seat 4 people per table. If you have a party of 2 and we are sold out, expect to sit with another couple. We do not offer preferred/reserved seating. Large groups should arrive early to assure the entire party will be seated together. We seat from the front of the room to the back so if you would like to sit in a specific area of the showroom arrive accordingly.

9.      Are reservations required?

While reservations are not required to purchase tickets; we strongly suggest doing so to ensure that tickets are available for you in case the show sells out.
